Shipping policy

Please note that our watches are built and completed after your order and it may take up to 5 business days until your watch will be handed over to the logistic provider. We use Royal Mail for all our shipments. 

Domestic (UK) orders 

We are a UK based store and offer free shipping on all our products throughout the UK. All your orders with a UK delivery address already contain all relevant duties and taxes.

Depending on order value your UK package will either be shipped with 1st class Royal Mail or via 24h delivery (tracked, all our watches). 

International services 

All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed services. Royal Mail states a delivery in Europe within 3-5 business days and 6-7 days for the rest of the world. However, please note that we have no influence on the speed of the delivery after we handed over the package.
